Check Acceptance Policy

The following is the policy for accepting Personal checks:

1. Checks must be drawn from a U.S. Bank.
2. No Temporary Checks accepted.
3. Checks must be numbered over 800. Checks numbered from 1 to 800 will not be accepted.
4. Name and Address must be printed on Check and MUST match name and Billing address on invoice.
5. A current Personal Identification must be presented with check (Texas ID, or Texas Drivers License)
6. ID presented MUST match billing address on invoice.
7. No 3rd party checks accepted. Check MUST be written from person on Billing Information.
8. Checks from residents at Apartment complexes will not be accepted.
9. Delivery address MUST match check address or check will not be accepted.
10. FunTyme Rentals LLC. reserves the right to refuse checks at any time.
